Ha! Awesome. Apparently Santo was the MAN! I like the one where he's in archeologist's clothing but is still wearing the mask.

El Santo WAS the man! But don't forget Blue Demon, he is equally wicked.
yea, the one fighting the mummy is kickass but i personally like the one where he is giving the ol' armlock to a vampire!

An 1845 penny dreadful... Dracula gets freaky with Rachel Van Helsing... Watch a very early vampire movie here... www.youtube.com/watch?v=qEg1dOZTfw0&search=vampyr(like most films from this era, it's veeeeeeeerrry slow, I only made it 20 mins. in but the use of shadows to help the story along itself is worth watching at least a little of this for) And with a some subtle genre blending, this great song from the Buffy Musical slips in all kinds of winks and nods... www.youtube.com/watch?v=32y9vjLn8N0&search=buffy%20musicalFontenstein! A skull gif worthy of a MySpace comment... Ha, I'll spare you the link on that one.

A pretty cool Frankenstein page I found. Bernie Wrightson! Not a huge gallery and a poor page layout, but the art from his work on illustrating a Frankenstein book is all there and more than worth looking at. This man's art is simply amazing. A friend of mine had a book when we were growing up that was a huge collection of his art and it was simply amazing to look at en masse like that. Definately deserving of his title as the premier modern horror artist. I mentioned Masuimi Max before, here's a page featuring her that I can actually share.

El Santo! There were too many great bits in that to even go into. Nice find.
